Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
• If a customer does not wish to continue the service after activation, you can raise a refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• 1 month service charge will be deducted from the total amount.
• The remaining balance amount will be refunded.

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of payment.
• The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.
Cancellation
• Customers can request cancellation at any time.

Chargebacks
• Customers are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback.
• Any misuse or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to service suspension.
